Milliburn was the eldest son of the Rasmodels' house, a noble house from the mainland, who worshipped [[Dragonwilds:Saradomin]] before rebelling against him. When the [[Dragonwilds:Children of Shadows]] became allied with the family, Milliburn and his brother would play pranks on the members who became bodyguards to the nobles. When his father died, he became the head of the house. During his rule, he kept having dreams and visions, which eventually led him to believe that he needed to form the Shadow Knights, believing [[Dragonwilds:Imaru]], [[Dragonwilds:Xikotal]], and [[Dragonwilds:Fellhollow]] itself could not be trusted. <br />

After reforming the Children of Shadows into the '''Black Knights''', Milliburn would continue to rule over Dowdun Reach. After the [[Dragonwilds:Dragon Rebellion]], when Kuldra ordered her dragons to lay waste to the inhabitants of [[Dragonwilds:Ashenfall]], the Black Knights were able to hold their own against the dragon attacks. Their defences were greatly strengthened thanks to the '''Dreaming Stone''', but it would sow whisper and madness in his and others' minds. After a period of time with the stone, which had caused distrust, Milliburn had decided to destroy it, finally being free of the madness. Before he could do anything else, his family, the Rasmodel house, would appear before him, telling him to rest, that they would take it from here. Now his body remains within the [[Dragonwilds:Black Knight's Fortress]], controlled by his insanity and unknowingly guarding the way to [[Dragonwilds:Umbral Sands]].<br />
