Yet, the Bronze Axe breaks through that barrier, not by magic, nor by cunning, but by sheer durability and resolve.

The lumberjacks of [[Dragonwilds:Brynmoor]] favoured bronze axes over iron. While iron was stronger and felled a tree quicker, the relative cheapness and availability of copper and tin ore made it a much more cost-effective choice.

The villagers disapproved when the leadership pushed for iron in everything. They felt that bronze was more than enough for the village's needs. But the lord wanted progress and didn’t care about the price.
