It is one component of the [[Dragonwilds:Challenge Horn]], which is used in the [[Dragonwilds:Dragon Slayer]] quest. Players will need to have an [[Dragonwilds:Iron Pickaxe]] to mine this item. Dragon teeth respawn after two in-game days, as long as the player is at least 100 metres away, and their built objects are not directly on the spawn area.

Beyond the [[Dragonwilds:Ghornfell]] region, players can obtain this item as a mob drop from defeating lesser dragon mini-bosses.
