'''Glass Knife''' is an alias for a serial killer who was active in [[Dragonwilds:Bramblemead Village]] during the early days of the [[Dragonwilds:Schism]] during the [[Dragonwilds:Third Age]]. As a blacksmith by trade and the wife of a village elder, she used her social position to avoid proper justice for her crimes.

==History==
Glass Knife was well armed due to her profession as a blacksmith, which made her better equipped than most hunters who tracked her down. When confronted, she wielded a dagger in one hand and an [[Dragonwilds:iron shield]] in another, showing defiance toward those who condemned her actions.{{CiteJournal|journal=Iron Shield|quote=When Glass Knife was caught, she had no concerns about safety...}}

Glass Knife justified her actions by claiming she was protecting humanity, purging impurity, and ridding the village of what she considered the "[[Dragonwilds:Amalgamated|Amalgamated stain]]" on their bloodlines. In her mind, she believed she was doing the village a service, and a significant number of villagers agreed with her perspective.{{CiteJournal|journal=Iron Shield|quote=She was, after all, protecting humanity. Despite committing numerous murders, Glass Knife received minimal punishment due to her social position. As the wife of one of the village elders, her sentence was reduced to community service in her existing role as a blacksmith. While she physically carried an iron shield that protected her from retaliatory attacks by enraged Amalgamated, her true protection came from her status in Bramblemead society. After her crimes, a group of assassins formed who called themselves the "[[Dragonwilds:Glass Knives]]" in memory of the serial killer.
