==Walkthrough==
Make and receive either the [[Dragonwilds:Wooden Watering Can]] or the [[Dragonwilds:Wooden Spade]] in your inventory. This will trigger a quest to start talking to the [[Dragonwilds:Wise Old Man]] at [[Dragonwilds:Bramblemead Valley]], where he will give you the basics of the [[Dragonwilds:Farming]] skill. Ensure that at least one inventory space is available to receive the [[Dragonwilds:Wheat Seeds]].

===Building a plot===
After talking to the Wise Old Man, create an [[Dragonwilds:Ash Farming Plot]] and dig the plot whilst wielding the [[Dragonwilds:Wooden Spade]]. Dig five times, and you will receive at least three [[Dragonwilds:Weeds]] and 3 Farming experience. It is recommended to store the weeds inside a [[Dragonwilds:Compost Bin]] to create compost for future plots. After digging the wheat plot, place the wheat seeds in your inventory (or equip the seeds) and left-click on the plot. You will receive 5 Farming experience for planting the wheat seeds. After spreading the seeds, you will need to water the wheat plot at each stage by equipping a full watering can. You can fill your watering can by pressing the {{Key press|F}} key on a pond of water. Water the wheat plot five times until you see a check mark at the bottom of the watering icon. You will need to wait half an in-game day (12 minutes client-side) for the wheat chute to grow into a wheat stalk.

Once the wheat chute grows into a wheat stalk, water the plot five times again. At any time during the process, not watering the plant after six in-game hours after the next phase will result in the wheat chute becoming diseased. You will not be able to create [[Dragonwilds:Plant Cure]], so you will have to start again.

After waiting another in-game day, the wheat stalk will turn into harvestable wheat. Harvest the wheat before talking to the Wise Old Man again, and he will reward you with a pack of Farming supplies.
