The desire for iron in the village of [[Dragonwilds:Bramblemead]] was so strong that they exhausted all the iron deposits in [[Dragonwilds:Brynmoor]]. [[Dragonwilds:The Wild Knights]] cautioned them to look for more sustainable methods. Still, the villagers had become too accustomed to the luxury of iron.<br />

Militia groups began to form to search [[Dragonwilds:Ghornfell]] for the precious metal ore. They marched in large groups, crushing plants beneath their metal heels and destroying whole areas of woodland in search of iron ore.<br />
