King Rolthar was presumably a Dragonwilds:Garou king who was not only mighty but also loved by his villagers. He sought after foes that seemed greater than him to seek the praise of his villagers. Rolthar was successful in doing so, and he chose to face Dragonwilds:Velgar, the strongest in the realm at the time. To prepare for this fight, he crafted a Dragonwilds:challenge horn and also an Dragonwilds:iron greatsword (presumably), which was meant to shatter armoured scales. However, Velgar's scales were too solid and he overpowered Rolthar, killing him as he held onto his greatsword. Velgar showed his respect by carrying Rolthar's lifeless body back to the villagers and said, "This warrior is the pride of your people, give him a burial worthy of his strength".

King Rolthar's grave sits high on a mountain near the presumed Dragonwilds:Fractured Ruins where the story of King Rolthar can be found.
