===Northern Island===
The northern island is crossroads for the region, with the waterfall located west of the island hiding [[Dragonwilds:Vekchenven Kara]] and the [[Dragonwilds:Withered Journal]] along the way, the path east leading to a ruined castle gate, a [[Dragonwilds:Purification Pool]], and the entrance into [[Dragonwilds:Coalridge Pass]], and the path north leading to [[Dragonwilds:Hope's Fall]].

At the southern end of the island there are some ruins with a chest in them.

===Southern Island===
The Southern Island is a long, thin island peppered with [[Dragonwilds:Dead Tree]]s. The eastern part has a ruined stone arch with a [[Dragonwilds:Spectral Door]] in it, which leads to the large cave system on the eastern side of Fellhollow. The northern tip of the southern island contains [[Dragonwilds:Ravanna's Fourth Journal]], and to the Northern Island.

===Southern Shore===
The Southern Shore contains half of a ruined castle with the [[Dragonwilds:Withered Diary]] found inside its falls.

==Cave==
There is a cave further to the right of the waterfall. This cave features six [[Dragonwilds:Rotridden Rat|Rotridden Rats]] and two [[Dragonwilds:Coal Deposit|Coal Deposits]]
