I’ve been here for years, yet my heart will never belong here. It’s odd to long for a war-torn realm, a world where armies are on constant move and the threat of death greets you with a familiar smile each morning, like a bosom companion.<br /> <br /> That’s home. War. A war raging for thousands of years. A war between the very gods themselves, a scale of destruction that must have been unthinkable before. Yet this is the only life I have known.<br /> <br /> We’ve brought some of that war with us, of course. The high priest and the local lord have brokered an alliance of swords with [[Dragonwilds:Bandos]]’ [[Dragonwilds:goblins]]. Horrible little creatures, who want nothing but the thrill of slaughter. There is a shared enemy between us and we’ve agreed to wipe them out. The [[Dragonwilds:Garou (race)|Garou]], {{sic}}and their blasphemous goddess, they’ve overstayed their welcome.<br /> <br /> We were here first, and we’ve no desire to share. Bandos wants revenge, for some slight or other the goddess created. We want to regain what is rightfully ours.
