			Siphoning these vents ''do not require'' the relevant Runecrafting level to create the runes directly (ex: you can siphon Law runes from Law anima vents while being under level 50), but still require some rune essence to create runes of the relevant type. Depending on the strength of the vent (either the normal or concentrated), players can acquire either 100 runes or 300 runes of the relevant type. As these vents produce similar outputs per essence as High frequency attuning, players can expect to acquire 10 runes per essence.
