Sync: new page from Dragonwilds

New page

This journal describes Fuzan's control over the TokHaar and how he took joy in controlling them.

{{Journal entry|I have followed these strange creatures across the sands. They are his agents, this much is true, but what is their purpose and how did the dragon come to acquire such tools?

I saw once, one of them, dragged up from the sands, pulled along by an invisible force in their chest, their arms and legs dangling strangely as if they were not in control of their actions. The dragon stood before them, claw clenched and a mad glean in his eyes as he chuckled to himself at his new toys.

Then? Then he made them fight. Took two of the creatures, gave them weapons and clapped his hands gleefully as they tore each other apart.

Yet, I felt no animosity from the creatures to one another. No anger bubbled in the air like it so often does. The entire scene played with the cold delivery of a lecture, even as the loser of the battle turned cold on the sand.

At this death, this act of violence, Fuzan roared with laughter into the sky. Then held his hands up to the light of the sun in some strange sort of reverence.

I wish I understood what I saw here. Perhaps I shall study them some more.}}
