The dragons that guarded the people were gentle creatures, but possessed of an enormity so great that they required a great deal of food to keep going. Hunting, therefore, became a very popular activity, with many competitions and events crafted to provide meals for the draconic caretakers.<br />

When the withering began to spread and the dead began to rise, steel bolts proved just as effective at piercing a zombie’s skull, as it{{sic|should be "they"}} would catching{{sic|supposed to be "be catching"}} the quarry from a hunt. <br />
