The Third Age is one of the ages of Dragonwilds:Gielinor. It followed the Dragonwilds:Second Age and was followed by the Dragonwilds:Fourth Age. It is most known for the God Wars which took place during this age. The age began when Dragonwilds:Zamorak ascended to godhood and started a war to obtain the Stone of Jas, and ended with the destruction of Forinthry and the enactment of the Edicts of Guthix.

Events
Note: These events may not be strictly chronological.

Arrival of Saradominist Missionaries
As the God Wars raged on the mainland, Saradominist missionaries arrived on Ashenfall seeking refuge and converts.

These missionaries established a temple and settlement near the cliffs, integrating with the existing Guthixian population.

The Bronze Alliance
Initially, the Saradominists and Guthixians maintained a symbolic alliance represented by bronze armor.

This alliance was protected by bronze-armored warriors who enforced tolerance between the faiths.

Over time, this balance shifted as Saradominist influence grew.

Resource Conflict and War with the Garou
The depletion of iron deposits in Dragonwilds:Bramblemead Valley led humans to expand into Garou territory. The skirmishes escalated when an Dragonwilds:Amalgamated warrior named Dragonwilds:Kessel killed a Garou prince.

The Stalemate, and Bandos's Intervention
The war between humans and Garou eventually reached a stalemate, with the Dragonwilds:Whispering Swamp acting as a buffer zone.

Saradominist priests allied with Bandos, using an old spat between Dragonwilds:Bandos and the Garou goddess Dragonwilds:Lougrim.

The terms of this alliance were established.

Werewolf Origins
During the conflicts, some Garou were captured by Zamorakian forces and subjected to vampyric experiments. These experiments created werewolves, leading Dragonwilds:Vannaka to search around Dragonwilds:Ashenfall for hints about his ancestors.

Bandos's Arrival and Dragon Intervention
Bandos arrived with his goblin armies, giving the humans an advantage. The humans and goblins pushed the Garou back, forcing Lougrim to ally with the dragonkin, who released dragons into the conflict.

Bandos versus Velgar
Bandos confronted the dragon general Dragonwilds:Velgar at Dragonwilds:Brakka's Folly.

Bandos removed his defensive protections.

The battle ended in defeat for Bandos, who retreated after being wounded by Velgar's poisonous breath.

Creation of the Bloodblight Swamp
Velgar's blood, spilled during his battle with Bandos, created the Dragonwilds:Bloodblight Swamp.

Bandos's Retreat and Goblin Conversion
After his defeat, Bandos abandoned his goblin followers on Ashenfall. The goblins turned to worshipping the dragons.

Truce and Dragonkin Experimentation
Following the Garou victory, a truce was established between humans and Garou.

During this period, Lougrim assisted the dragonkin with their dragon experimentation, leading to the creation of Dragonwilds:Kuldra.

Dragon Rebellion
Dragon Rebellion
The dragons betrayed their Dragonkin masters as well as Dragonwilds:Lougrim. Dragonwilds:Kuldra devoured Dragonwilds:Brakka, and shared his elemental power over earth with Dragonwilds:Velgar. Kuldra also fought and killed Lougrim in a battle that fractured the continent itself, devouring her essence. Human, garou, and goblin settlements alike were wiped out by the dragons, with the surviving goblins and garou now serving the dragons, while human presence on the continent was wiped out entirely.
