Frozen Worlds, also known as Frozen Planet II: Frozen Worlds, is a lesson in Minecraft:Minecraft Education and a free Minecraft:Marketplace map in BE. As part of the Frozen Planet II lesson series, the map was inspired by BBC Earth's documentary series Frozen Planet II, and introduces animal species within various polar regions.

Summary
The player spawns in a small room with blue walls, a Minecraft:jungle planks floor, and white corners and ceiling. The two corners with a door in between hold two Minecraft:flower pots, and the door leads to a black void teleporting the player to the Arctic.

Polar bear
There, the sea is covered in icy floes made up of Minecraft:snow while the land consists of snowy mountains. The narrator describes the Arctic itself before narrating the life of a Minecraft:polar bear mother teaching her cubs to adapt to sea ice. The player in this minigame will play the role of this bear, who must guide her two cubs across the floes while following beacon beam checkpoints. These floes are barely connected with thin strips of Minecraft:ice. However, male polar bears thhreaten the cubs, and the player can attack them to ward them off temporarily. If any of the cubs get attacked, the player is teleported to the last checkpoint they reached prior to attack. After completing the minigame, the player is teleported to research base in human form.

Research base
There, the player spawns in one of the tents and can use the camera to take pictures of a polar bear, its cubs, and a walrus, before teleporting to Antarctica.

Killer whale
Antartica in this minigame is made up of snow and frozen rivers, which the narrator describes as "devoid of life". In the more populated Southern Ocean, a pod of killer whales are led by a matriarch across the ocean during hunts. As the matriarch killer whale, the player must gather the other members of its pod by passing through rings, but only the player's killer whale can gather others. After gathering five members, the player has to knock the ice floe over their head by tapping the green area of the bar when the arrow reaches it. This causes the entire pod to knock a Weddell seal off the floe and into the ocean. Repeating this two more times will win the minigame, which teleports the player spawns outside the research base.

Research base
There, they have to travel around the area to take pictures of a killer whale, a chinstrap penguin, and a Weddell seal, after which they get teleported to the northern tundra.

Lapland bumblebee
The tundra is at the stage of thawing at the beginning of spring, causing plant life to be revealed. Deep in a hole beneath the surface is a Lapland bumblebee queen who awakened from her slumber after the rest of her colony died from the winter cold. According to the narrator, her thick fur and anti-freeze resistance helped her survive the cold, and eventually thaws to black after being icy blue. The minigame consists of aiding her warm the eggs in their nest and gather nectar outside the burrow 20 times for three minutes. The temperature bar indicates that of the eggs, lowering as they cool down over time but rising after interacting with the nest. While gathering nectar, a hunger bar appears next to the bee, which decreases over time and can be refilled by collecting nectar. Flowers with nectar available have particles floating above them, which disappear after collecting it. Gathering all nectar wins the game, after which the baby bees hatch and emerge from the burrow and the player is teleported to base.

Research base
Across the forest, they must take pictures of a Siberian tiger, an erosion occuring at the riverbank, and the footprints of an Amur leopard. The third also requires placing a field camera and leave it to take a picture of the leopard, which takes a few seconds before the player can collect the picture and add it to the journal.

Ending
After gathering all four pictures, they have to talk to the researcher at the base, who explains the danger of climate change on polar species. Afterward, the screen turns black, showing the key artwork and a congratulations message to share. Skipping this will reveal the credits in a tundra background.
