== Usage ==
Most plants can be placed on pale moss except for [[Minecraft:cacti]]. [[Minecraft:Small Dripleaf|Small dripleaves]] can be placed on pale moss, but only [[Minecraft:water|underwater]]. [[Minecraft:Big dripleaves]] cannot be placed on pale moss. [[Minecraft:Nether fungi]] can also be placed on it, while [[Minecraft:mushroom]]s can be placed only at light level 12 or below. Mushrooms placed on pale moss can be grown into [[Minecraft:huge mushroom]]s.

Unlike regular moss blocks, pale moss blocks cannot be used to increase the hatching speed of [[Minecraft:sniffer egg]]s.
