:- Fixed multiple errors in the tips that tell you who to go for level cap increases. Many were just displayed as &amp;quot;??&amp;quot;, and others told you to go to the wrong NPC.&lt;br /&gt;
:- [[ProjectGorgon:Transmutation]]: fixed a bug that could still cause items to be downgraded repeatedly. Sorry about that. This downgrade isn&amp;#039;t permanent, so now that the bug is fixed you should be able to re-transmute the effect and it will bounce back up to around the original level. (If the item was looted/crafted after mid-February, it will use the exact level it had when created; if the item was made before mid-February, it will have an approximation of the level which may be off by a bit, but will usually be correct.)&lt;br /&gt;

:By the way, we only noticed the transmutation bug because Sandra happened to be looking at chat. We do not normally read chat 24/7. If there&amp;#039;s something that seems like a bug, please report it. This bug almost got left in for another week, even though several people were complaining about it. It makes no sense to complain about bugs that you haven&amp;#039;t even reported. Please report bugs. There is no QA department, so unreported bugs just will never get fixed.
