The venue theme was based on being on the hangar of the [[StarCitizen:UEES Barbary]], a [[StarCitizen:RSI]] [[StarCitizen:Bengal]] carrier. This was chosen because of the [[StarCitizen:Squadron 42]] game-play demo reveal which was shown at the end of the first day.
