== Put option==
Coutts & Co hold 1,877,400 shares of CIG UK, out of 11,715,800 issued as of December 2022. The put option is the option for the investors, but not the obligation, to sell back to CIG a specified amount of the shares received during the investment at a minimum premium of 6% per year on the initial purchase price, within a specified time frame.
