Gallen was born in the slums of Tram. In his criminal career he served 10 years (in total) for assault and burglary in prisons on [[StarCitizen:Ferron system|Ferron]], [[StarCitizen:Davien system|Davien]] and [[StarCitizen:Croshaw system|Croshaw]] before 2930. He did not achieve[[StarCitizen:Equivalency]] during his early life. He had no charges after his last parole in 2930.<ref name="ReferenceA" />
