Its line of personal body armor provide strategic protection of vital areas while keeping the player fast and mobile. Numerous planetary law enforcement organizations and even the [[StarCitizen:Advocacy]] use versions of the TrueDef to protect their officers and agents.<ref>In game description in Alpha 3.9.0</ref>

It is combat equivalent of the [[StarCitizen:RSI]] [[StarCitizen:Venture]] armor. Where the Venture armor is designed primarily for space operations, the TrueDef Pro pieces offer a similar level of added protection (20% armor boost) while maximizing speed and mobility for ground forces.
