&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is the fourth main game in the [[StarCitizen:Wing Commander (series)|&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Wing Commander&amp;#039;&amp;#039; series]], produced by [[StarCitizen:Origin Systems]] and released by Electronic Arts for PC {{Years or months ago|1996|02}} on February 4, 1996 and [[StarCitizen:Playstation|PlayStation]] on October 14, 1997.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The first game set after the end of the Terran-Kilrathi War, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Wing Commander IV&amp;#039;&amp;#039; depicts a galaxy in the midst of a chaotic transition, with human civilians, Kilrathi survivors and former soldiers on both sides attempting to restabilize their lives.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The game featured among others [[StarCitizen:Mark Hamill]] as Christopher &amp;#039;Maverick&amp;#039; Blair and [[StarCitizen:Randall Graves|John Rhys-Davies]] as James &amp;#039;Paladin&amp;#039; Taggart.
