This template is used to shorten a [[w:Java classpath|Java classpath]] in the package {{cd|net.minecraft.world.item}} to the last class name and inner class name (if avalibe) in the path, and puts the full path information inside a tooltip, which appears when hovered by the mouse cursor. This is useful when frequently citing the game's source code in relation to items.
