A jungle pyramid<ref group="fn">jungle_pyramid is the in-game structure ID Template:In.</ref>, also known as a jungle temple, is an above ground Minecraft:structure found in Minecraft:jungle biomes built mostly of Minecraft:cobblestone and Minecraft:mossy cobblestone. The jungle pyramid contains two loot Minecraft:chests, one at the end of a hallway of Minecraft:arrow booby traps, and one hidden behind a Minecraft:lever puzzle.
Generation
Jungle pyramids can generate in Minecraft:jungles, but not Minecraft:sparse jungles.<ref>Template:Bug</ref> Template:IN, they can also generate in Minecraft:bamboo jungles.
Jungle pyramids can be located with jungle Minecraft:explorer maps, which are sold by Minecraft:desert, Minecraft:savanna and Minecraft:swamp Minecraft:cartographers.
Structure
Template:Main Jungle pyramids consist of Minecraft:cobblestone, Minecraft:mossy cobblestone, and Minecraft:vines. There are 3 floors.
It is possible to find blocks that normally generate outside the pyramid (like Minecraft:leaves) appearing inside, possibly blocking the Minecraft:chests or Minecraft:dispensers, or interrupting the Minecraft:redstone.
Puzzle
Template:Main On the bottom floor, there is a puzzle consisting of 3 Minecraft:levers on 3 Minecraft:chiseled stone bricks connected to a hidden Minecraft:piston mechanism. If the combination is entered correctly, a block on the main floor is pulled away, revealing a chest.
Trap
Down the hall from the puzzle, there is another chest. There are two Minecraft:tripwire lines connected to dispensers with 2–14 Minecraft:arrows, hidden behind vines. The first tripwire is in the middle of the hallway and the second tripwire is around the corner in front of the chest. Walking over the tripwire triggers the dispenser attached to it. Breaking the tripwire with anything other than Minecraft:shears also triggers it.
