Beta 1.16.20.54 is the fourth and final beta version for Minecraft:Bedrock Edition 1.16.20, released on July 22, 2020,<ref>Template:Cite</ref> which fixes bugs.

General
- Added a prompt messages for older devices to notify the discontinuation of Gear VR, Windows 10 Mobile, Android devices with less than 768MB of RAM, iOS devices running iOS 10 or below, and video cards that only support DirectX 10.1 or below.<ref>Template:Mcnet</ref>

- The attack animation of unarmed piglins and piglin brutes has been changed.
- The attack animation of unarmed vindicators has been changed.
Fixes
Performance and stability
- Fixed a crash that could occur when playing an emote and suspending the game (Template:Bug).
General
- Tweaked arm animation for brutes, piglins, and vindicators that have their weapons removed (Template:Bug).
- Emotes can no longer be equipped before unlocking them (Template:Bug).
- Custom skins now work properly on multiplayer (Template:Bug).
