Template:InfoboxNeue Bad Blood is a top-view, post-apocalyptic action role-playing [[StarCitizen::Category:Video games|video game]] published in 1990, Template:Years or months ago, made by StarCitizen:Chris Roberts for StarCitizen:Origin Systems. It was Chris Roberts’s first game for MS-DOS.

it follows Times of Lore and was developed immediately before Wing Commander.

Development

After flirting for a while with the idea of doing a straightforward sequel to Times of Lore, he decided to adapt the engine to an even more action-oriented post-apocalyptic scenario.<ref>From Squadron to Wingleader, The Digital Antiquarian, April 21, 2017</ref>

Gameplay

The gameplay is similar to Times of Lore, but with a clear action-oriented bent.

Reception

Bad Blood sold reasonably well, but wasn’t entirely well received. RPG gamers were notoriously disappointed that it wasn’t the traditional sword-and-sorcery role-playing title that Origin was then known for… and action gamers didn’t know to look for it in the first place.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
