Fallen Hoplite's Tassets are a Dragonwilds:Power level 5 Dragonwilds:Melee armour that can be crafted at an Dragonwilds:Armour Bench.
The recipe is a reward from Dragonwilds:Skekven Kara, a Dragonwilds:Dragonkin Vault. It can be obtained by interacting with a Dragonwilds:Dragonkin Effigy within the vault, which can be found up the stairs in the main room then Dragonwilds:Windstep to the North-Western platforms.
