Template:ExternalTemplate:Otheruses A Cape of Accomplishment (also called skillcape if they are capes for the skills) is a cape that symbolises achieving skill mastery (level 99) in a particular skill. Each skill will have its own distinct cape of accomplishment. They can be crafted on the Dragonwilds:mystic forge once you unlock the ability to do so (requiring 99 on a skill).
