The P-52 Merlin is a StarCitizen:snub fighter created by StarCitizen:Kruger Intergalactic, initially intended to complement the RSI Constellation series of ships. Equipped with a central gatling cannon and a StarCitizen:Lightning Power engine, the Merlin is characterized by its speed and agility, delivering an impressive performance in combat. It is particularly well-suited for local reconnaissance, rapid engagements, and even StarCitizen:racing activities.<ref name="P52Store">Template:Cite RSI</ref>

Trivia
- It was part of the Referral Bonus for players who referred the game for friends through their code during the Ship Showdown in 2020. The ship came with LTI as all other Referral Campaigns.
- The Merlin was offered as Referral Bonus again during the Patch 3.18.1 Free Fly campaign. The ship came with LTI as all other Referral Campaigns.
- The P-52 was named Merlin by StarCitizen:Ben Lesnick in reference to Wing Commander, where it is both a Terran Confederation fighter and the name of the interface to Blair's Portable Personal Computer, a 16" tall holographic wizard who can appear to provide needed information similarly to Alexa or Siri, and voiced by Mark Hamill in the Wing Commander movie.<ref>"Dad holograms are the rage right now which means it's time to tweet about Merlin!", @banditload, Twitter thread, Oct 30, 2020</ref>
