Unlike many other Dragonwilds:weapons in the game, this scimitar is both uncraftable and has a passive full Dragonwilds:durability.
Bug: Despite the special effect stating an increase to Dragonwilds:damage against dragons, this weapon does not currently get a Dragonwilds:damage boost against dragons.
