You must have previously completed Kar-Get on Villas Wake in order to undertake this quest.

I have decided not to take Kar-Get on Wake's daughter. It is right and just, but I would feel too guilty. Instead I will use my trade to honor her. I will make an explosive map, and give Sinda a symbolic burial by fire. Hm, I am out of explosive ink. Do you have any?
