If you must know, I'm studying soul residue patterns and correlating them to causes of death. Are you a hater of Necromancy? If so, you'll need to speak to Guzor. I'm no longer permitted to... entertain... naysayers. But before you scream about heresy, I will remind you that my work is entirely permitted by, and funded by, the Council directly.
Your parochial concerns should be noted, of course. Guzor can note them for you. And thus your idiot opinion will be remembered for all of posterity. That's what you want, right?

- I have important work of my own, too. This work simply must take precedence over lessons right now. I know you must be feeling disappointment, but I do not really care. You are not my concern. My concern is getting out from underneath this.
