StarCitizen:Nova Kyiv is a location on Terra III.

Development

Name change

Initially named Nova Kiev, derived from the Russian Киев, Cloud Imperium Games renamed it to the correct Ukranian version Nova Kyiv in 2023, derived from the Ukranian Київ, following a player pointing out the Ukranian government concerted efforts to correct the international spelling.<ref>Official guidance on the correct spelling and usage of Ukrainian place names, mfa.gov.ua, 2018</ref><ref>Script error: No such module "Cite RSI".</ref>
