Fixed being unable to scroll in notifications panel
Fixed notifications temporarily disappearing when receiving a new notification and re-opening the panel
Fixed chat user list temporarily reloading when scrolling to older chat messages in history
Fixed a bug where large groups of users in the roster could not be opened
Fixed a bug preventing the paging navigator from showing up in the channel threads listings
Fixed a small bug causing lobby messages autoscroll from properly kicking in
