It was meant to be be released with Dragonwilds:Fellhollow as part of the 0.10 update, but instead, one was released following the 0.11.1 update, which ends up being an ingredient for the Dragonwilds:Animal Magnetism to create the Dragonwilds:Ava's Accumulator.
