Summary

Prerequisites
To start this quest, talk to Kalaba in Eltibule. The quest is available at [Neutral] favor.
Preface
"Since I already taught you Transmutation, you're ready to go find weak magical items and turn them into phlogiston for me. Bring me some low-grade packets of Phlogiston.
As a Transmutation beginner, you'll need to find Uncommon (green-label) magic items that are no higher than level 30. Use the Transmutation recipe you learned to distill these items to Phlogiston.
Requirements
- Distill Simple Magic Items Into Phlogiston x4
- Collect Some of the Resulting Phlogiston x7
- Talk to Kalaba
