Nether sprouts are a non-solid fungi block that generate in Minecraft:warped forests. Unlike other warped forest plants, it does not have a crimson equivalent.
Obtaining
Breaking
Nether sprouts can be mined instantly with any item. The block also breaks if the block below is removed, or if Minecraft:water flows into its space. The block drops only if broken with Minecraft:shears. Template:Breaking row
Natural generation
Nether sprouts generate in Minecraft:warped forest biomes.
Post-generation
Applying Minecraft:bone meal to warped Minecraft:nylium creates Nether sprouts on that block and surrounding warped nylium, along with Minecraft:warped roots and Minecraft:warped fungus.
Usage
Nether sprouts can be planted on the same blocks as Minecraft:Nether fungi, Minecraft:crimson roots, and Minecraft:warped roots, namely on Minecraft:nylium, Minecraft:soul soil, grass, Minecraft:podzol, Minecraft:mycelium, moss, Minecraft:dirt, Minecraft:coarse dirt, Minecraft:rooted dirt, and Minecraft:farmland. However, they cannot be planted in Minecraft:flower pots.
Composting
Placing Nether sprouts into a Minecraft:composter has a 50% chance of raising the compost level by 1.
