ProjectGorgon:Tanning Overview

Tanning lets you turn animal skins into Rolls, which are primarily used in Leatherworking. You also need Tanning for dyeing leather equipment. It requires you to be near a Tanning Rack

In-Game Description

The craft of turning disgusting animal skins, furs, and hides into leather, fleece, and other material ready to be used in clothing and armor.

Training ProjectGorgon:Tanning

• Kleave teaches Tanning and beginner Tanning recipes
  • You must complete the Power Potions! Quest for Kleave, which grants 200 Tanning experience and raises Tanning to Level 2, to be able to train Tanning recipes. You must also be at [Comfortable] or above.
• Sirine in Rahu will unlock levels 51-60 and 61-70, and teaches 51+ Tanning recipes
• Felmer in Fae Realm will unlock levels 71-80.
• Levels 81-90 are unlocked by Dunahain Broadarm deep beneath Povus.
• Levels 91-100 are unlocked by Grim Jim at Statehelm.

Tanning Rack Locations

Almost all Tanning recipes will require you to be near a Tanning Rack.

Serbule

In the walled area south of town, next to the blacksmith Tadion. You can buy Tannin powder from Therese in the nearby garden.

A second one in the house next to Joeh's house. Convenient if you are offloading crafted armor to Joeh.

Eltibule

Next to Kleave in Eltibule Keep (central castle) and next to Thimble Pete in Hogan's Keep (south castle).

Sun Vale

Behind Legs in Animal Town.

Kur Mountains

Next to Ukorga.

In Syndra's house.

Rahu

In the raised central area. There's another one next to Sirine's house.

New Prestonbule Cave

To the right of the entrance
