It can be found within the Dragonwilds:Vekchenven Kara vault which is behind a waterfall within the Dragonwilds:Lake of Lost Souls region of Fellhollow. The curse fragment is at the end of the vault and can be obtained after defeating the Dragonwilds:zogre. If the vault has already been completed, it is faster to become Soul-Rifted and enter the Dragonwilds:spectral door near the entrance to reach the end of the vault.
