It's acquired by Warthog on February 5, 2003 for $300,000 in Warthog shares and renamed Warthog Texas. When Warthog is acquired by Gizmondo Europe Ltd on November 13, 2004, Warthog Texas becomes Gizmondo Studios Austin.
It released Conquest: Frontier Wars.
