Template:Infobox Item Primordial hearts are a quest item dropped by Dragonwilds:nature spirits and used in the quest Dragonwilds:The Wild Hunt. After the quest, three hearts can be turned in to Dragonwilds:Vannaka for 50 Dragonwilds:soul fragments.
