Soulscourge is a status effect triggered when a player's Toxicity bar is filled. It is primarily contracted by consuming toxic items, such as Dragonwilds:dirty water or Dragonwilds:burnt food. While soulscourge naturally depletes over time, consuming six dirty waters (or eating more than 6 burnt food) from an empty bar will inflict the status.
Once active, the Toxicity bar rapidly drains over 5 seconds. During this time, Soulscourge deals 10 damage per second (50 damage total)
