Template:Infobox Spell Internal Alchemy is a Dragonwilds:spell that is unlocked at level 20 Dragonwilds:Cooking. When used, it refreshes any active buffs from food or drink. This spell does not affect buffs received from potions or other perk-giving items aside from food and drink.

Due to the long cast time of the spell, players will need at least 6 seconds left on their current buffs for them to be refreshed; otherwise they will run out and the spell will be wasted.
