Today, I summoned a miracle. Thanks to these new stones, gifts from the great Dragonwilds:Guthix himself, I have performed a spell warding wood from rot. My hut, simple as it is, will now stand the test of time for generations to come. Even this journal and these silly words on paper will stand unsullied for aeons to pass. That such wonders are so commonplace is truly a miracle.
Glory be to Guthix.
He calls these stones “Dragonwilds:Runes”. Within each of them is an element imprisoned and waiting to be unleashed. The more complex the combination of runes, the more intricate the spell, and the more we learn about them, the more fantastic our workings.
Overnight, our world has changed. We no longer use flint for fire when a snap of our fingers serves the same effect. The air can be used as a blade that makes wheat harvests easy. It is the dawn of a miraculous new era where we can make a better world.
This new continent must be so full of wonders if it has led our lord to create these marvels.
