JumpToBlockGoalnow correctly searches the same distance upwards and downwards when looking forjumpblockcandidates, allowing a mobs that use the goal to jump equally high as low.

- Fixed animation controller recursion checks from falsely disallowing normal repeat usage of a controller.
User Interface
