Summary

Pennoc in Serbule told you to grow some fresh vegetables. He wasn't particular about the type -- just that you grow them yourself.

(Fun fact: Getting vegetables from Ranalon Food Bowls in the Ranalon Den counts as growing vegetables for this quest. That means you can do this entirely without gardening if you really want to.)
