HDSF-Millerand is an underground StarCitizen:Hurston Dynamics Storage Facility, controlled by StarCitizen:Ex Malo Bonum, located 816.9KM away from StarCitizen:Hurston OM-6. Approaching the site in a ship will result in being fired upon by outpost turrets, regardless of the player's StarCitizen:CrimeStat rating unless the player has a mission located at that location.
