Marius Messer or Marius Messer IV was formally the fourth StarCitizen:Imperator of the StarCitizen:UEE. Because he died in an accident or assassination attempt in 2641, he never took de facto office. Life

Marius was the son of StarCitizen:Daniel Scota and StarCitizen:Livia Messer, spending his childhood on StarCitizen:Earth with his cousins StarCitizen:Gammon Messer and StarCitizen:Illyana Messer. Tutored by his grandfather StarCitizen:Deacon Messer, Marius would often accompany him and his mother on their regular tours through the StarCitizen:UEE.
