Mirai is a division of Musashi Industrial and Starflight Concern (MISC) that specializes in the manufacture of high performance spacecraft. As of StarCitizen:2953, its portfolio includes: the StarCitizen:Razor race spacecraft and its variants, and the StarCitizen:Fury and its variant, the StarCitizen:Fury MX.<ref name="cl19289">Template:Cite RSI</ref>. The motto of Mirai is: "The future of perfomance".

Mirai is introduced to the game to strengthen the brand identity of MISC, by separating the performance ships like StarCitizen:Razor from the industrial ships that MISC offers. Razor and its variants are transitioned from MISC to Mirai.<ref name="cl19289" />

Trivia
