Traditionally, a rank precedes a name and does not mention a particular post (in this case - UEES Polaris), hence we can make an educated guess that her rank is unknown. Given that UPEN and UEEN tend to appoint Commanders to command corvette-size ships, it's possible that Lucia Franco's true rank is that of naval Commander, not naval Captain, but in absence of confirmation it should not be named. |

The UEES Polaris is a StarCitizen:Polaris-class corvette serving in the StarCitizen:United Empire of Earth Navy. The first of its class, the Polaris was commissioned on StarCitizen:October 9 2946, under the command of StarCitizen:Lucia Franco. It and the class were named in honour of StarCitizen:Commander StarCitizen:Hester Polaris, a heroic naval commander who gave her life in service to the StarCitizen:United Empire of Earth during the StarCitizen:First Tevarin War.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
