Template:Infobox Item The Artisan cape is a Cape of Accomplishment able to be crafted and worn at level 99 Dragonwilds:Artisan. It can be crafted at the Dragonwilds:mystic forge. There is a 10% chance of not using resources when repairing equipment or gear.

A trimmed version of the cape can be crafted the same way if you have more than one skill at 99.
